In 2016, I left the 9-to-5 roller coaster to set my own hours, give myself a raise, and spend more time living life.

For years, I felt stuck. The workforce wasn't made for working moms, and I wanted out. But I didn't feel ready to start a business. I didn't have the funds. I didn't have a portfolio. I wasn't sure what my ideal business looked like. I let a lack of experience and a fear of failure hold me back.

Once I found out everything I thought I knew about business ownership was wrong, my life changed.

Now I work on my own terms, doing what I love and making 3x more money than my old desk job.

It all started with a mindset shift and a commitment to think differently about work.
